Description
You will be the go-to person for the smooth and welcoming running of our London office, owning office experience, leading health and safety, and bringing our culture to life through events and employee experience programs. This early careers role offers real ownership from day one with support to help you grow in People, Operations, or Workplace Experience.
Requirements
- Curious mindset and genuine drive to make a difference
- Experience in a customer-facing or service environment (hospitality, retail, events, or similar) is welcome
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, able to juggle competing priorities
- Confident, people-first communicator, comfortable being a visible presence in the office daily
- Based in or around London with the right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Own office experience: manage supplies, vendors, maintenance, compliance checks, and building relationships with service providers
- Lead health and safety: maintain records for Fire Wardens, First Aiders, Mental Health First Aiders, and keep evacuation processes current
- Bring culture to life: plan and deliver social events, All Hands sessions, recognition moments, wellbeing programmes, and community initiatives
- Support employee experience programmes: coordinate Discussion Group sessions and onboarding delivery, managing scheduling and communications
- Support local leadership with light-touch diary coordination, travel, and event logistics
