🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead 5G PHY system activities from feature development to system integration.
• Define and own system-level requirements for PHY components.
• Optimize PHY layer algorithms for base-station performance.
• Drive lab testing and validation using RF test equipment.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in wireless communications, PHY layer development, or system integration.
• Previous experience leading or managing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication systems.
• Hands-on experience with RF lab test equipment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of 4G/5G physical layer specifications.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Background in Massive MIMO and beamforming.
