🎯 What You'll Do

• Review inbound applications and evaluate qualifications against defined criteria
• Participate in kickoff meetings with recruiters and hiring managers
• Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles
• Coordinate early career talent programs, events, and new hire engagement
• Recruit for software engineer summer internship positions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years of relevant recruiting or university program coordination experience
• Some experience with technical recruiting and evaluating software engineering profiles
• Experience with screening candidate resumes and assessing skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Passionate about education and technology
