You'll lead a technical squad driving Java and AI solutions for a top Brazilian bank's legal ecosystem. You'll ensure delivery quality and team performance while fostering innovation and a data-driven culture. This role offers leadership in a GPTW-recognized environment committed to diversity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical leader for the squad on architecture and engineering decisions.
• Manage team performance through continuous feedback and development.
• Remove impediments and prioritize technical demands.
• Drive continuous improvement and technological innovation.
• Monitor budget and promote a data-driven culture.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with Java and its ecosystem (Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Batch).
• Knowledge of public cloud (GCP) and private cloud.
• Experience with agile methodology and metric-based management.
• Experience with people management and budget control.
• Availability for hybrid model (2x/week in São Paulo, Morumbi).

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience in the banking or legal domain.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration.
