🎯 What You'll Do

• Own application and database performance in code reviews
• Build and maintain external API integrations and data exchange
• Design and ship backend features in Python and Django
• Diagnose production issues and improve observability
• Mentor engineers through pairing and design reviews

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years professional software development experience
• Advanced SQL expertise beyond ORM usage
• Strong Python and Django experience building production services
• Experience with MySQL or Postgres
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Celery, RabbitMQ, and OTEL
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
