💼 About This Role

You'll drive customer acquisition and product adoption at Peec AI, a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics for AI search and SEO. You'll own experiments across the full growth stack, from acquisition channels to onboarding flows, turning ideas into measurable impact for modern growth teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, test, and scale growth levers across channels
• Create and repurpose content about AI search and Peec AI
• Build and refine onboarding, activation, and upgrade flows
• Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing on experiments

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in GTM, Marketing, or Growth
• Ability to balance creative and analytical work
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership from idea to impact
• Curiosity about AI, growth, and product discovery
