💼 About This Role

You'll diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they meet rigorous safety standards. Your work will keep our transportation operations reliable and ready to serve students and communities. You'll take ownership of first-time fixes and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including steering, electrical, and brakes
• Perform preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs on fleet vehicles
• Conduct test drives to identify and confirm repairs
• Install, program, and verify telematic devices

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of fleet experience in Diesel, Heavy/Med duty fleets
• Minimum of five years Auto/Truck or Bus mechanical repair experience
• Experience with DOT compliance for Med/Heavy Trucks
• Computer proficiency for fleet management systems and documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Valid CDL License (obtainable within 90 days)
• ASE Certification in brakes, suspension, engine, electrical, A/C or Master Technician
