💼 About This Role

You'll lead platform evolution for a crypto startup building synthetic dollar products and stablecoin infrastructure. You'll drive infrastructure strategy, own high-priority projects, and mentor a small DevOps team while remaining hands-on. This role reports directly to the CTO and offers a chance to shape the foundation of a fast-growing DeFi ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct gap analyses to strengthen infrastructure uptime.
• Lead high-priority infrastructure projects from roadmap to delivery.
• Contribute hands-on code and architectural designs.
• Optimize deployment pipelines for frequent reliable releases.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in platform engineering with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Datadog.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve infrastructure gaps independently.
• Experience in cryptocurrency/CEX trading space with highly available services.
