💼 About This Role

You'll manage and optimize Trendyol's transport and delivery network across international markets as the single point of contact for 3PL partners. You'll ensure seamless delivery experiences and full compliance with customs and regional regulations. This role offers cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage delivery operations from Turkey warehouses to Azerbaijan customers
• Direct 3PL partners as single point of contact to improve delivery experience
• Track import customs clearance processes and ensure compliance
• Analyze delivery KPIs and monitor 3PL performance daily

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related field
• Experience in Operations or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in data analysis with analytical mindset
• Fluent in written and verbal English
