💼 About This Role

You'll shape the end-to-end experience of the SolarWinds Observability Platform as part of a global design community of 18 professionals. Your decisions will influence a massive-scale platform and evolve our shared design system. You'll act as a key partner to Product and Engineering, owning the experience from sketch to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with PMs and Engineering to drive strategic execution of structured services.
• Communicate design decisions across the organization and ensure quality assurance before shipment.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to evolving design patterns.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise SaaS product design handling complex data volumes and workflows.
• Proficiency with Figma and systems thinking.
• Proven track record of shipping intuitive experiences showcased in your portfolio.
• Ability to thrive in mature Agile teams and give/receive constructive feedback.

• Familiarity with developer tools, log management, or incident tracking.
• Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
