- Interpret data and make staffing recommendations
- Monitor call volume and queue performance
- Produce reports on attendance and intraday performance
- Generate and optimize weekly schedules
๐ Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience with WFM applications (Aspect, IEX, Verint)
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks reliably
โจ Nice to Have
- 1+ years Workforce Management experience in large contact center
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, or related field
- Project management experience
