  • Generate and optimize weekly schedules

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience with WFM applications (Aspect, IEX, Verint)
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks reliably

โœจ Nice to Have

  • 1+ years Workforce Management experience in large contact center
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, or related field
  • Project management experience
