You'll build and maintain systems and integrations connecting the GTM Tech Stack to influence the full sales funnel. Your core impact will be optimizing inbound routing and lead assignment rules to improve sales rep productivity. This role stands out for its cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Finance teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain GTM tech stack integrations and systems.
• Own inbound routing and lead assignment optimization.
• Analyze process performance and conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in RevOps, MarOps, or consultancy.
• Proven experience with Python, SQL, and HubSpot automations.
• Experience with automation platforms like Zapier or Pipedream.
• Expertise configuring HubSpot and GTM technologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• FinTech or eCommerce domain experience.
• Knowledge of CPQ, CLM, or sales enablement platforms.
