You'll own and grow a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers, driving expansion and retention. This is a high-ownership role where you directly impact Net Revenue Retention and help shape the future of the AM function. You'll operate with the autonomy of a business owner in a rebuild-phase environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention for your book of business.
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline with 3-4x coverage.
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales.
- Proven track record of independently closing expansion opportunities.
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce.
- Comfortable in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment.
- Background in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics tech.
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows.
