You'll own and grow a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers, driving expansion and retention. This is a high-ownership role where you directly impact Net Revenue Retention and help shape the future of the AM function. You'll operate with the autonomy of a business owner in a rebuild-phase environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention for your book of business.
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline with 3-4x coverage.
  • Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales.
  • Proven track record of independently closing expansion opportunities.
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Comfortable in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment.
  • Background in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics tech.
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows.
