🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Define and evolve long-term brand project management and creative operations systems and workflows.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, execution, and post-mortem processes for continuous improvement.
- Manage resource planning and workload allocation using forecasting and analysis tools.
📋 Requirements
- 5–7+ years in project or program management within marketing, creative, or brand-focused environments.
- At least 3 years of hands-on expertise in monday.com.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and workflow optimization best practices.
