You'll drive key performance metrics like sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction while upholding Mejuri's commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable practices.

• Ability to meet KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold customer experience expectations using Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Promote services like piercing and engraving to enhance customer experience
• Participate in back-of-house order fulfillment for in-store, phone, and BOPIS sales
• Maintain organizational integrity of back-of-house inventory, packaging, and supplies
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain display forms and fixtures
