💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day IT support for a hyper-growth fintech company, improving systems, automations, and security workflows. You'll partner with People, Security, and Business Ops to ensure scalable onboarding and offboarding. This role is critical to building a world-class IT foundation as we grow rapidly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own IT support operations for a fully distributed team.
• Build scalable automations using Okta Workflows, n8n, and AI tools.
• Administer core SaaS tools and access management via Okta.
• Manage device lifecycle and MDM platform (Kandji).

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years IT Support, Engineering, or Systems Administration experience.
• Experience with MacOS devices and cloud-first environments.
• Working knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts and Okta experience.
• Ability to develop complex automations using iPaaS tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Identity Governance tools (ConductorOne, Lumos).
• Experience in fintech with compliance exposure (SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
• Comfort with lightweight scripting (Bash, Python).
