You'll drive full-cycle recruitment at a fast-growing Series B startup, owning the hiring process for key roles and working directly with founders. Your impact will shape the company's talent foundation as its second Talent hire.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive full-lifecycle recruitment from outreach to close for key roles.
- Work with founders and hiring managers on job descriptions and interview processes.
- Educate hiring teams on interviewing best practices and rubrics.
- Own sourcing passive leads and building candidate pipelines.
๐ Requirements
- 1-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a Seed-Series D startup.
- Strong record sourcing and hiring passive talent with high response rates.
- Concise, warm, creative communication to compete with bigger brands.
- Ownership across the recruiting function from strategy to operations.
โจ Nice to Have
- Worked closely with a Head of Talent through major growth phases.
- Experience using AI tools to remove tedious work.
- Ability to speak engineer's language and differentiate strong candidates.
