Description

As a SoFi Member Service Representative, you will provide best-in-class service for financial products including bank and investment accounts, responding to inbound inquiries via phone and chat. You'll take ownership of member concerns and resolve them through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in call center
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding SoFi Checking Savings, Money, Invest products
  • Provide industry-leading customer service with emphasis on First Call Resolution
  • Take ownership of resolving member inquiries and anticipate additional needs
  • Exercise consultative techniques and educate members on tools/features
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics
