Description

You will assist in bringing the Terran R Recovery barge from concept to completion, designing and implementing vessel systems such as thrusters, power distribution, and fire suppression, while supporting construction, activation, and flight campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Aerospace Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in vessel layout, design, construction, or marine engineering
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Develop Recovery barge from concept layouts to detailed plans
• Design and implement vessel systems (consoles, lighting, thrusters, power, fire suppression, fuel storage)
• Support construction, activation, and certification of vessel subsystems
• Conduct system checkouts for vessel power and dynamics systems
• Operate and troubleshoot vessel systems during flight campaigns
