Description

You will own and scale the global field and event marketing engine, turning curated experiences into qualified pipeline and measurable ROI. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline generation, ABM, and executive engagement across North America and EMEA.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing in SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and measurable ROI from events
  • Strategic thinker who can tie event programming directly to revenue goals
  • Operationally excellent with attention to detail
  • Experienced managing multi-region events (North America, EMEA, APAC preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global field and event marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets
  • Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize markets, verticals, and named accounts
  • Own end-to-end execution of flagship conferences, regional field events, executive dinners, partner activations, and hosted experiences
  • Set clear KPIs (pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration) and track ROI
  • Manage event budgets with discipline and transparency; negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
