Description

You will lead and manage the facility's safety, health, and environmental activities to build a strong safety culture with zero harm focus. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, maintain records, and continuously improve safety initiatives. Support the annual Safety Plan and coordinate required documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environment, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years safety experience in manufacturing
• Ability to interpret governmental safety regulations (e.g., OSHA)
• Strong organizational and independent work skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company requirements
• Maintain safety and environmental records per regulations
• Oversee and improve facility safety initiatives
• Support annual Safety Plan development
• Coordinate safety documentation (JSAs, PPE Assessments, etc.)
