Description
You will drive customer success by maximizing Anaplan platform adoption, reducing churn, and increasing customer satisfaction. Act as a strategic technical advisor, delivering product demonstrations, training, and scalable resources to help customers unlock full value. Leverage data analytics to monitor adoption health and collaborate with internal teams to shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years hands-on Anaplan model-building experience required
- Master Anaplanner certification preferred
- 8+ years in customer success, consulting, or professional services with software adoption track record
- Strong understanding of complex planning functions and platform capabilities
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate platform updates and educate customers on new features
- Partner with CS Business Partners to identify at-risk accounts and design re-engagement strategies
- Deliver product demonstrations, hands-on training, and enablement sessions
- Develop scalable adoption resources like guides, tutorials, and FAQs
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve adoption strategies
