💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and Board on company strategy and capital allocation. You'll oversee financial planning, revenue cycle management, and corporate development to support sustainable scaling. This role offers the chance to champion AI and automation across finance and lead a high-performing finance organization in a fast-growing healthcare company backed by $50M in funding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CEO and Board on strategy and capital allocation
• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Own revenue cycle management and optimize collections and payor performance
• Champion AI and automation across finance and forecasting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior leadership in healthcare services
• Proven experience in growth-stage or PE/VC-backed companies scaling financial infrastructure
• Deep expertise in healthcare reimbursement including fee-for-service, government payors, and value-based models
