💼 About This Role

You'll lead the infrastructure that makes hiring work at scale at Camunda, a leader in enterprise agentic automation. You'll own the Talent Operations function, driving AI and automation strategy and ATS ecosystem decisions. This is a build role transforming how we hire, partnering directly with the VP of Talent Acquisition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define AI and automation roadmap for Talent Operations
• Lead and develop a team of four operations professionals
• Manage Ashby ATS configuration and integrations
• Build data architecture and reporting for leadership decisions

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading an operations team in a tech-forward environment
• Real track record with AI tools or automation in a People or TA function
• Systems thinking at the architecture level - designing for scale
• ATS fluency (Ashby preferred)
