💼 About This Role

You'll lead conversion optimization across all funnels (digital and offline) at Octopus Energy Spain, reporting to the Growth Manager. You'll analyze data from marketing, sales, and operations to detect real frictions and design experiments with direct economic impact. This role connects value proposition, pricing, and omnichannel experience to drive measurable business growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize conversion across all digital and offline funnels
• Redefine the complete customer journey from impact to upsell
• Detect real frictions and connect data across marketing, sales, and operations
• Design and prioritize experiments focused on economic impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading CRO or growth strategies with direct business impact
• Experience optimizing complex funnels (eCommerce or hybrid models)
• Proficiency in digital analytics (GA4, behavior tools, CRM)
• High level of Spanish and English
