Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, overseeing vehicle movement, production goals, and quality standards. Your role involves coaching, conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently, stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process and lean principles
• Ability to work overtime and weekends, variable schedule

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center safely, meeting production/quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of team, identify strengths/weaknesses, and provide coaching/development
• Prevent and resolve conflict, communicate expectations, and monitor adherence to policies
• Review and approve mechanical/physical defects, lead team to repair or reject inventory based on cost/quality
• Train team on quality control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time
