💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Customer On-Sites across strategic accounts, acting as the connective tissue between the field and HQ. You'll own operational health, service delivery, and growth while coaching your team and stepping in for escalations. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on, requiring comfort in the weeds while spotting patterns to raise the bar.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer On-Sites.
• Own operational health of accounts including service levels and fill rates.
• Run business reviews, lead escalations, and drive retention and growth.
• Spend time in the field visiting sites and supporting during peaks.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations, staffing, or account management.
• 1–2 years managing people.
• Experience leading distributed teams in high-volume environments.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred.
