💼 About This Role

You'll lead regulatory strategy and licensing execution for Coins in Thailand. You will shape compliance frameworks for a pioneering crypto brand trusted by 18 million users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor regulations from SEC, BOT, AMLO and assess business impact.
• Lead regulatory licensing from submission to regulator communication.
• Develop internal compliance frameworks, policies, and AML/CFT requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in regulatory advisory or compliance in financial services.
• Strong understanding of Thai SEC, BOT, and AMLO regulations for digital assets.
• Experience managing licensing applications or regulatory submissions.
• Excellent analytical and regulatory interpretation skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto or digital assets operations.
• Native or fluent Thai language skills.
• Involvement in regulatory inspections or audits.
