🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile bank transactions and match expenses with receipts.
• Prepare accounting documentation for external accounting firm.
• Support bookkeeping in DATEV and maintain structured financial data.
• Generate client invoices and track incoming payments and receivables.
• Coordinate supplier invoices, monitor payment deadlines, and prepare payment runs.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in bookkeeping or finance operations.
• Proven experience working with external accountants.
• Familiarity with DATEV, Zoho, SevDesk, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.
