💼 About This Role

You'll work at the intersection of user behavior, metadata, and machine learning systems to improve how content is classified, evaluated, and understood across Spotify. You'll analyze user behavior and content trends to shape product decisions and develop annotation-based evaluation frameworks. This role offers the flexibility to work from home with some in-person meetings in London or Stockholm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze user behavior, content trends, and catalog data to generate insights.
• Refine content classification and taxonomy systems.
• Develop annotation-based evaluation frameworks for LLMs.
• Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and text-to-SQL environments.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with complex datasets combining user behavior and content.
• Strong foundation in statistics and designing evaluation approaches.
• Experience with annotation-based measurement frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with DBT, Python, or R.

• Experience evaluating LLM-generated annotations.
