🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end measurement strategy aligned to client outcomes
• Build rigorous ROI models and business cases
• Lead advanced data analysis to identify causal signals
• Develop and deliver Business Value Reviews to executives

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Behavioral Science, I-O Psychology, or related field
• Expertise in measurement frameworks and statistical methods
• Experience building ROI models and business cases
• Ability to translate data into executive-level narratives
