💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve the Consumer Operations technology stack, designing AI-enabled solutions to reduce costs and improve customer experience. You'll lead VOC reporting and insights to surface actionable trends. This role offers high autonomy and direct partnership with Product and Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Voice of the Customer reports and dashboards.
• Own operational effectiveness of Zendesk, Retool, Slack integrations.
• Research and build AI/automation solutions for ops efficiency.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on AI-powered tool development.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in high-growth environment (fintech preferred).
• Hands-on SQL/MySQL and Python/JavaScript experience.
• Experience building VOC or customer experience dashboards.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration and evaluation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake, Hex, or Looker.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering.
