You'll join Australia's #1 battery installer to manage qualified inbound leads for solar and battery solutions. You'll conduct virtual consultations and guide homeowners through the buying journey. This role offers uncapped commission in a high-performance culture with no cold calling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage inbound enquiries from homeowners interested in solar and battery solutions
• Conduct energy consultations via phone, virtual, or in-home
• Understand customer needs and present tailored electrification solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline management

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a sales role
• Experience in BDM, telesales, or energy sales highly regarded
• Strong communication and relationship-building ability
• Full working rights in Australia
