You'll support technical Program Managers and the Contracts Management Team in managing government defense contracts. Your work ensures contractual planning and timely delivery of contract deliverables. This role offers exposure to program planning, organization, and compliance in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for contract compliance.
• Coordinate team roles and responsibilities for contract implementation.
• Track contract deliverables and milestones for timely completion.
• Monitor compliance and assist in corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in a highly regulated business environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in project management using Microsoft Project and Adobe Pro.
• Knowledge of federal government contracts and data requirements.
• Familiarity with FAR and DFARS procurement processes.
