💼 About This Role

You'll build Arlo's growth engine from scratch, crafting and testing messaging across digital and offline channels. Your work will directly generate qualified leads and partnerships for an AI-native health insurance company. You'll report to the CEO and collaborate with design, product, and sales, combining creative storytelling with analytical rigor and fast-paced experimentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Craft and test messaging for customers, advisors, and partners.
  • Build and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, direct mail, and SEO.
  • Launch rapid experiments to identify high-performing channels and messages.
  • Track and optimize performance from awareness to qualified lead.

📋 Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to go from zero to one in building campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging instincts for B2B audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google ad platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits tech.
  • SEO or direct-mail background.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Clay, or similar tools.
