🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead inspection plan development and nonconformance management
• Establish and continuously improve quality systems and procedures
• Manage and develop a team of Quality Engineers
• Drive continuous improvement using structured problem-solving

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field preferred
• 3+ years supervising Quality Engineering teams of 5+ direct reports
• Experience leading quality operations in manufacturing or production environments
• Proven track record driving quality improvements and resolving nonconformance issues

• Experience in aerospace, telecommunications, or high-reliability industries
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with QMS and regulatory compliance frameworks
