💼 About This Role

You'll own the platform performance and infrastructure roadmap for Sigma's AI apps and analytics platform, driving improvements in query execution, caching, observability, and agent monitoring. Your core impact will be enabling enterprise-scale reliability and scalability for demanding workloads. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to translate their pain points into platform investments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the multi-quarter product roadmap for platform performance and infrastructure.
• Build agent monitoring capabilities and platform observability infrastructure.
• Drive execution and delivery of latency, concurrency, and cost efficiency improvements.
• Define product requirements across the full query lifecycle from generation to results delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, data platforms, or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of databases, distributed systems, query engines, caching, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to translate needs into product decisions.
• Clear, concise communication skills for explaining complex backend topics to diverse audiences.
