💼 About This Role

You'll support a fast-moving in-house government legal team on eDiscovery activities and trial preparation. You'll manage discovery databases, prepare complex legal documents, and ensure compliance with court rules. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge litigation technology in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare complex legal documents like indictments and subpoenas.
• Manage electronic discovery databases and process productions.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and exhibit organization.
• Electronically file documents with the U.S. District Court using CM/ECF.

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or at least one year of ABA-accredited law school.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience.
• At least one year of automated litigation support experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Trial experience.
• Proficiency with IPRO Eclipse.
• Knowledge of federal and state court systems.
