Description

You will manage the launch and lifecycle of approved therapies, ensuring patient access by resolving reimbursement issues, educating providers on payer policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires deep oncology market access expertise and a commitment to patient advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7-9+ years in oncology, Field Reimbursement, Market Access or Patient Services
• Experience supporting specialty or oral oncology launches (start-up/high-growth preferred)
• Deep understanding of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement
• Ability to travel ~60%

Responsibilities

• Proactively address patient access barriers by resolving prior authorizations, appeals, and denials
• Monitor and resolve access issues for hub-enrolled patients
• Educate private practices and oncology groups on patient support programs and payer policies
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and Market Access teams
• Ensure all activities adhere to regulations and ethical guidelines
