You'll lead member care for substance use and mental health disorders in a 100% virtual telehealth setting. You'll provide evidence-based treatment and prescribe medications alongside a dedicated care team. This role offers specialized training and a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Deliver care for substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications and answer member questions
• Complete documentation in EHR (Healthie)

📋 Requirements

• Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Oregon
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
• At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction or mental health
• Comfort using EHRs and mobile apps
