You'll lead multi-media environmental compliance programs for a fast-growing consulting firm, managing 100+ facilities across multiple states. You'll serve as the primary client contact while mentoring teams and driving program success.

• Lead multi-media environmental compliance programs (stormwater, SPCC, air, waste, wastewater).
• Manage compliance for 100+ facilities across multiple states.
• Develop, lead, and mentor high-performing environmental teams.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, resources, and performance metrics.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of environmental compliance experience.
• Experience managing large, multi-state facility portfolios.
• Proven leadership skills developing high-performing teams.
