Description

You will service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers, including diagnosing and fixing problems, installing components, performing maintenance, and responding to alarms. This role is ideal for independent self-starters willing to travel extensively.

Requirements

• 2+ years generator maintenance experience preferred, min 1 year intensive work
• Thorough knowledge of generator installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stoop, bend, kneel, climb, stand long periods

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial generators
• Install and replace components or entire systems
• Perform performance checks and regular maintenance
• Respond promptly to power/generator alarms and be on call 24/7
• Follow blueprints and design specifications for installations
