💼 About This Role

You'll own delivery end-to-end for customer projects in Tabs' AI-native revenue platform, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication. You'll translate customer needs into solutions by mapping workflows to platform capabilities. You'll partner with product and engineering to identify gaps and inform the roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery end-to-end from scoping through launch
• Clarify requirements, define scope, and set milestones
• Map customer workflows to platform capabilities
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in live environments

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in implementation or technical project management at a SaaS company
• Demonstrated ability to scope and drive projects in ambiguous environments
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, data flows, and integrations
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SQL or Python
• Experience with ERPs, CRMs, or payment/tax systems
• Prior FDE or forward-deployed style experience
