You'll own the Employee Training product pillar at 7shifts, bringing structured training into the app restaurant teams already use daily. Your core impact is driving operator adoption and employee completion, making training a durable business. You'll use AI to accelerate discovery cycles and build intelligent features into the product itself.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set vision and roadmap for Employee Training product
• Make AI capabilities core to the product
• Use AI to accelerate discovery and delivery cycles
• Turn ambiguous problems into prioritized work
• Connect dots across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing

📋 Requirements

• B2B SaaS experience building for operators
• Taken a product from zero to initial customers and iterated post-launch
• Owned a roadmap end-to-end with clear prioritization
• Defined success metrics and validated with data and analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling learning / training / LMS products
• Background in edtech or workforce enablement
• Familiarity with product-led growth motions
