💼 About This Role

You'll join a high-growth payments company to identify and engage self-employed sales consultants. You'll build strong relationships from first contact through onboarding. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys working at pace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use multi-channel sourcing to identify candidates
• Proactively build and nurture candidate relationships
• Maintain candidate pipelines for hiring needs
• Collaborate on recruitment marketing collateral

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or sales experience
• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced settings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
