You'll facilitate patient enrollment into our Remote Therapeutic Monitoring program, making daily calls and texts to document health status. Your work ensures patients stay engaged and supported through health pointers and empathy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enroll patients into RTM program via Flagler's portal
• Make daily calls and texts to document patient health status
• Collect and document patient health histories and symptoms
• Send patients health pointers like stretches and meditation videos

📋 Requirements

• CMA (AAMA) national certification
• 2+ years experience as a Medical Assistant
• Proficiency with Zoom, Slack, and online enrollment platforms
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
