💼 About This Role

You'll serve on an interdisciplinary care team developing care plans and delivering restorative physical therapy to seniors. You'll build long-term participant relationships while maximizing independence and safety. This role offers lower patient volumes and true work-life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct PT assessments in facility and occasionally in home
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
• Deliver interventions including exercise, gait, and functional training
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and implement FMPs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Valid California Physical Therapy License or eligibility
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
• Two years clinical experience with frail or elderly preferred

• Master’s or doctoral degree in physical therapy
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience
