You'll contribute to the design and improvement of our internal control framework and handle a wide range of legal topics for a fast-growing crypto startup. Your work will directly ensure regulatory compliance and support the scaling of our operations in a rapidly evolving fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement internal control framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational and compliance risks.
• Optimize internal processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Track and analyze key compliance and control indicators.

📋 Requirements

• Background in law or business.
• Strong interest in fintech, crypto, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent writing skills for structured documentation.
• Fluency in English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AMF, ACPR, or similar regulatory bodies.
• Hands-on experience with KYC, AML, or GDPR initiatives.
• Previous work in a fast-paced startup environment.
