๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the enablement motion for the Startups team, building training and content to help reps win. You'll partner across Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen messaging and drive real revenue impact. This role sits at the center of Brex's dynamic Startups segment, now part of Capital One.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and execute sales training programs for the Startups team
- Create and maintain enablement content like playbooks and battle cards
- Develop metrics to measure enablement program effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, and Product
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations
- Experience developing and delivering sales training programs
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LMS, and other enablement tools
- Strong project management and communication skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Forward thinking about how AI will change enablement and sales
- Experience selling to or enabling sellers targeting finance/accounting teams
- Intermediate understanding of B2B payments and risk management
