You will own and grow a portfolio of 100+ accounts, driving adoption of Liquibase licenses and ensuring renewals and expansion. Your role focuses on building trusted relationships with engineering leaders and managing full renewal cycles.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in quota-carrying customer success, account management, or inside sales
  • Experience managing high-volume accounts with structured approach
  • Ability to engage engineering leaders and adjust communication style
  • Working knowledge of DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, database management, or application development
  • Genuine curiosity about technical team workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own portfolio of 100+ accounts with disciplined cadence across renewal timelines and adoption milestones
  • Drive Liquibase adoption to ensure complete license consumption and unlock expansion
  • Manage full renewal cycle, converting customers to multi-year agreements
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities based on customer challenges
  • Conduct virtual customer engagement via Zoom, minimal travel
