Description
You will own and grow a portfolio of 100+ accounts, driving adoption of Liquibase licenses and ensuring renewals and expansion. Your role focuses on building trusted relationships with engineering leaders and managing full renewal cycles.
Requirements
- 2+ years in quota-carrying customer success, account management, or inside sales
- Experience managing high-volume accounts with structured approach
- Ability to engage engineering leaders and adjust communication style
- Working knowledge of DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, database management, or application development
- Genuine curiosity about technical team workflows
Responsibilities
- Own portfolio of 100+ accounts with disciplined cadence across renewal timelines and adoption milestones
- Drive Liquibase adoption to ensure complete license consumption and unlock expansion
- Manage full renewal cycle, converting customers to multi-year agreements
- Identify and close expansion opportunities based on customer challenges
- Conduct virtual customer engagement via Zoom, minimal travel
